Hey, it would be easier to judge accurately without a bra to be honest, then it's just actual boob size/shape rather than bra size/shape. But based on the pic provided you're not huge, but you're on the large side of medium (let's say 7 on a 1-10 scale of boob hugeness!). And that's the perfect place to be, just to be clear! :)
Providing things aren't significantly different when not bra-assisted you have an exceptionally good figure - most guys and girls' idea of perfection. You're also a great height (not too short, but small is feminine and rocks with heels), a great weight... you are in short good to go. Be proud! :)
Holy crap!!! I feel really close to them!!! Anyways, despite such a close view of them, I would say they look medium. The close view make them look humongous, so maybe trying giving them more distance from the camera. Just be careful, though, as you may be treading in dangerous waters with the law here. Sizes vary widely depending on how you measure. But a 6 inch difference would make you a 30 triple D or E cup. According to the chart I used.

I had that aswell, till 16 pretty much flat and once I became 17 they became big and they're still growing, I really want it to stop but there's no sign of it
