Well, this dude told me he masturbated with pics of me, pics where I am 10 years old. I really don't care if he masturbates with my recent pics but that is kinda weird, even for me lol 
I don't know if that makes him a pedo, he's 21. I'm having mixed opinions about this because is not like he raped me when I was 10 (I didn't even know him back then) but I don't think is totally okay to masturbate with pics where I'm very young. 
So what do you think? Does that make him a pedo?

I do not need to see the picture, I will not ask you to describe it to me - it is none of my business. But I would suggest you evaluate the picture as if it wasn't you. Does the girl show signs of development? Is she tall, developed? If so it might be a little less unusual. If you look more mature then he may have been imagining you were older. I only say this because you know you were 10 in the pictures but you did not say that he knew you were 10 in them. If he thought you looked 16 and that would be legal wherever he lives then there is no problem, right?

I know a girl right now, she just turned 11, she wears a bra... not a training bra, a bra. If she were taller and acted more mature then I could see where some men and women could be confused about her age. When I was 13 there was a girl in my class, Kelly. She was 12, the tallest in the class, had beautiful breasts, hips and waist. She could have passed for 17 on a bad day. Sometimes looks are deceiving. "What did he think he was looking at?" is probably the most important question here.

We might also ask how he saw himself. It might make a difference if he saw himself as age appropriate in his fantasy but never lost touch with how old each of you really are. (Just guessing on this one - don't really know.)

What if he knew you were 10 in the pics?
Ignore the people who say it is illegal, it is not. There is nothing illegal about imagining yourself with anyone or anything, in any situation. Acting on those fantasies is very different. If you fantasized about being with a real guy who you thought was 18 but turned out to be 23 should he go to jail in real life? Our thoughts only have consequences when we turn them into actions.

Ever said or thought, "I wish you were dead!" about anybody? Did you go to jail for that fantasy?

An adult being attracted to someone so young was normal throughout most of human history. Humans have been around 6,000, 10,000, 150,000 or more years but statutory laws have only existed for about 150 or so years. Said another way for 5,850 years (or more) a 21 year old guy actually having sex with a 10 year old girl was not a crime, much less thinking about it.

It may sound disgusting to us, today, but what if we - as a species - have simply not caught up yet, physically, to this new way of thinking?

Understand, none of the above is an argument for the legalization of sex with kids, just a reality check.

Pedophilia is the attraction to children, so yes masturbating to a picture of you at 10 would in fact make him a pedophile. He's not a child molester (or at least from what we know) though.

Yes he's a pesophile or technically no since he hasn't raped or sexuay assaulted you. You're just 16 and he's 21 that's illegal period so it doesn't matter whether you'd be okay with it or not since you're older but the fact that he chose a picture of you when you were 10 a little girl not developed or anything doesn't excuse a guys that would do that with pictures of girls that are older but only makes it 10x worse.

Yes. That's true pedophilia at that age. I say "true" because a lot of people misuse the word to mean underage which is not the same thing.

That is definitely a pedo in the making. Jerking off to a pic of a 10 year old is really cause for concern. If he is doing that what else is he up to. There will be children that age around where he lives and they may well be in danger from this individual
