I used to do police work. We had an officer that did stuff like this all the time even though he was married with 2 small kids. He was caught when several people got suspicious. He was fired and faced criminal charges for his actions while on duty or meeting the girls on duty and then meeting up with them after his shift. If he implied you to do something or whatever to get out of trouble contact Internal Affairs and an attorney. That officer needs to be fired and his law enforcement certificate revoked. What happened with you is uncalled for and he is not allowed to do that if consensual or not on duty or if he met you while on duty.

@Xelebrum Everyone should be held to the same standards. However the police and their employees take an oath and sign a pledge to be held to a higher standard. They are supposed to be examples of what society should be doing. Wrong is wrong regardless of profession.

I am very well aware of that. Cops DO swear an oath to both uphold the law and be prime examples of society, yet nowadays they do the exact opposite. Every single day, more and more police steal from, assault, illegally detain, rape, and even murder innocent people. Not just blacks, but whites, Asians, Latinos, the mentally ill, the homeless, and even children. Yet not only do those cops NOT get punished for their disgusting crimes, but they get a free vacation (funded by the tax payers) and a RAISE from their department. I know not all cops are like this, I know most cops actually stand by their oaths, but that doesn't make police brutality any less of a problem. Many cop apologists say redundant phrases like "Oh, it's just a few bad apples". And that is true. But unless those bad apples are eliminated, they WILL spoil the bunch. That is fact.

@Xelebrum having done that work there are more than a few bad apples. A lot of agencies need their departments cleared out. You get guys that just get off on the power they have and abuse it. When I left my department, employment wise, I knew we had some really messed up officers. To protect myself I carried a tape recorder and did other measures to ensure if I was stopped by them I was covered. It is sad because a lot of guys in those departments will cover for their coworkers or buddies even of they were in the wrong. I could not do that because I wouldn't want my family or anyone to be treated like that and that officer to get away with it. This cop the asker is talking about needs to be fired. She needs to get an attorney first before going to the department. Asker if you get a decent attorney you should be able to get the guy fired, possibly arrested, and a good size settlement from the department for what happened. Most will settle for about 30k to avoid court

@Xelebrum I understand your frustration imagine working there seeing how messed up everything was first hand. If you tried to change it you were fired or moved to a department where you worked alone. If attorneys knew half of what went on at those places no one would get convicted of anything. Something needs to change with the way police agencies operate.

@Xelebrum Don't get me wrong there are some amazing cops out there... Guys that have my full respect and are my closest friends however they don't like what is going on and have to take it because they need the paycheck for their family. It is really taxing on them.

Asker I do not see any reason why you should get in trouble at all. But that is why you need to talk to an attorney and retain them letting them handle it all so the police department doesn't try to twist this on you. I'd suggest calling an attorney asap like tomorrow or Monday. The police department would most likely try to cover for their employee, I hate to say it but it is true. You need that attorney to be your voice and make sure this is completely taken care of and the officer gets charged. That attorney will know that he will need to pull that officers personnel file and look at his disciplinary records. The attorney should take your case for free. I'd suggest keeping this quiet until you get the attorney on it so the police officer and department doesn't have a chance to try to prepare. You want them caught off guard.

Similar situation happened to me when I got into an accident. They took me to the hospital and I was paralyzed for 3 days, but for whatever reason I still could get erections. Luckily there were 2 hot nurses that took great care of it during those three days.

Recordings now and days exist all over the place because people have a habit of trying to ruin their reputation and try to get money out of them.
