What workouts will make my breasts smaller?

Ever since I had my baby I can't get my breasts smaller than a D. The rest of me went back to skinny but my tits just won't get any smaller. It's driving me mad.

  • There are definitely workouts you can do in your exercise routine to reduce the size of your breats. Ignore the BS these guys here tell you about how you can't.

    Focus on building your muscle around the chest area. It will start sculpting the area and improve fat loss around that area.

    - Bench press
    - Decline bench press
    - Push-ups

    These exercises should suffice. You can also perform other chest exercises.

    Now to really reduce and deflate the size of your breasts, you can do cardio (high intensity to maximize fat loss). Your breats are basically covered in fat, so to get rid of some of it, you can do some sprints, cycling, rowing on ergos, epliticals etc.

  • I believe wearing a bra will do, besides I just don't care what size boobs the girl I want to date has , that is because to me and many other men find all boob sizes are all equally sexy, because boobs are boobs. I want to date a girl for her personality , not her body. I want to date a girl that has the following: big heart, mature, kind, polite, and has an amazing personality. All that matters is in the inside not the outside (this can apply to both genders). I will include a link in the comments of this opinion.

  • There are lots of ways that you can get active in your every day life. None of these require taking too much extra time out of your normal schedule.

    The easiest way to get more active in your everyday life and start burning calories is to walk more. Take the stairs instead of the elevator and park further away from wherever you need to go in order to make sure you're walking a greater distance.

    Beyond that, try things like standing or treadmill desks or using an exercise ball instead of a chair. All of these use your normal activities and turn them into exercises.

    • I work out everyday at the gym. I've lost the weight I gained from the pregnancy but I don't know why my breast aren't going back to normal. It's been almost 2 years. Thank you =)

  • Yeeaaahhh, good luck with that. Mine went up one cup size with each kid. I even lost weight and my boobs stayed the same cup size. Lol. The band size got smaller, but that was it. I work out every day and my boobs just don't want to do what I want.

    • oh god. I hope that doesn't happen or I will be saving for a breast reduction. lol

  • I would think that cardio would do it, but that's just a guess. Hope you're not stuck with those!

  • First of all, why are Ds such a problem? Second, that's how they're going to be from here on out if you're well past breastfeeding.

    • D's are a problem because I'm tiny. It looks off on me.

    • You'll get used to them and then you'll love them. I promise your husband already does.
