No. For there to be passion, there has to be emotions from both people who are involved. Usually in an friends with benefits relationship, neither people (or only one of them) has feelings. The sex can be really good still but for it to be truly passionate, you have to have feelings for each other. And at that point you might as well call it a relationship and not a friends with benefits deal.
