I dont think they get tired of sex with the same girl but losing interest in sex could be either there are other issues in the marriage that you need to soret out or he needs more variety in the bedroom. Try not to feel insecure if he looks at other women or is thinking about them unless he gets obsessive - its just a way he is creating some variety and unless he actively pursues other women or gives you less commitment in the marriage then it is not hurting you. If he does do things that bother you then try to word it so you let him know how it makes you feel and why rather than accusing him of doing something wrong. And your sex life, you could try a whole bunch of things - somewhere besides the bedroom, different positions, incorporate food (eg lick cream off each others bodies), start with a massage, role play, lingerie, try blind folding him and use different fabrics to run on his body (silk scarf, feathers, etc). Do whatever you are comfortable to try - some things you may not intially want to try but you might get comfortable doing later. Just try to have fun - if whatever you try doesn't turn out so great it doesn't matter, you can just laugh about it and he should appreciate that you tried something new. Maybe ask him what fantasies he has and you can play out some of those - he probably has good ideas of ways to make it more enjoyable.

Thinking about it is different from acting on it. Don't punish him for his thoughts, more often than not we can't really control our thoughts. Only to a degree. People will always think of others sexually, no matter if it's a fleeting thought about what it would be like to kiss someone, to an elaborate fantasy. The important part here is that he's still 100% satisfied with you, that you're the one he comes home to, that you're the one he's faithful to. You can't control his thoughts or fight him over it, you're only digging yourself and your marriage a grave by doing so. Men and women alike in relationships fantasize, it's a healthy thing and not something you should punish someone for.
Probably, but that does not have to be a bad thing. I personally like to spice it up from time to time. Vanilla sex can get boring. Everyone has fantasies but that in no way means he does not love you. If you let him indulge a little bit he will love you that much more for it. If you are not comfortable with the idea of him and another person or a threesome there are other ways to bring his interest back. Take him out to a strip club and let every girl there know that he belongs to you. Let him pick out some porn to watch during sex. Tie him up and have your way with him, or let him do the tying.

It has.. The past couple of weeks have been way better but I have had to "be fake" as he calls it... But I have never been a very sexual person and now that he is getting it more often he smiles a lot more..
I'm going on a limb here and saying that the sex wasn't why you got married. Find out what made you love him and help him recreate that feeling in both you and himself, doesn't have to be sexual, but it can be.
