Help im being blackmailed on kik?

I sent a nude with my face to a girl on kik and she said that if i dont pay her money she will post it online. she does not know my name. what should i do?

Well, that's sad that there are people like this, anyways I would give you two suggestions:

1. Never give in to the demands of a blackmailer, never do as they tell you.

2. Never negotiate or even try to negotiate with a blackmailer. Don't do that by any means.

Believe it or not negotiating with a blackmailer is the worst idea possible, and who knows, what the guarantee that if you listen to them and do as they tell you, they may still do what they want, then what you will do? for example this girl may take your money and still put your photos online, then what you will do?

Hence don't speak to the blackmailer, cut off all contact and what you can do in the meantime is approach the cops, the authorities and lodge a complain against this person, do you know this person's name or is this person anonymous? but whatever it might be once you go to the cops they will take it from there. As far as I know most countries in fact almost all countries have laws against blackmailing, so don't worry the law is on your side. How long has this been going on? I mean the girl blackmailing you?

Anyways I would suggest approach the authorities without delay, surprise that blackmailer, catch the blackmailer off guard. Hence be strong, don't worry. I know it's easier said than done, but this according to me is the right thing to do.

Lastly, let me tell you that once you give in to the demands of a blackmailer, they will never stop because they will know that you are weak and will continue blackmailing you, blackmailers feed on your fear, the more fearful you are, the more power they will have over you, the more control they will have over you, so why give them that control?

Hence now you know what you have to do. Don't worry you have my moral support (online).

Don't even worry about it. They never go through with their threats, all they do is gamble on your fear. And it was probably a guy not a girl. They will keep reminding you if you don't outsmart them.

The same scenario happened to my brother, i told my brother to carry on and make him call you. The phone call ended with a deal been made to send him money. But it was a fake deal to stall for time. So far he thinks my brother is alone in this and scared shitless. Later I used true caller to track his number, got a name. Didn't act on it, I told my brother to wait until the deadline and we will see what happens. Well guess what nothing happened, just more empty threats. After all that's his source of a living, if he shares it online means no money for him, and after all he got nothing personal against you. Still the threats even though empty, They were bothering my brother. I sent an anonymous message to the guy, stating his name that I got from true caller, his number ( and thus his country). And saying bullshit like I got connections, we can get to you, one more threat and it's over. Basically was trying to scare him. It worked. It's been months since the last threat. Good luck.

You should think next time before you give away your trust. Now that, that has been said and is outta the way, let her post it. There are so many pictures leaked all over the internet chances are people whom you know will not see it. Its not your fault. You just trusted the wrong person. Chances are high that everything will be alright.
