What sort of garbage is that that balls hang low in the summer and tighter in the winter? It's not like most men have to brave the environment much, requiring a 'temperature adjustment'.

They actually do get lower and higher, they are clever little things and need to keep themselves at quite a regular temperature. By hanging lower or being closer to the body the temperature can be kept at a more stable level.

Well, it's not about the season but the ambient temperature. If we find ourselves in a freezer in the middle of summer, then our balls will be tightened to our body to keep our balls at the right temperature and if we find ourselves in a sauna in the middle of winter, then our all sack will losen up to keep our balls at a lower temperature
