Good to know. I had sex with this one guy I've been talking to for the first time. We went to his place after the bars and his roommate was home but I assumed he was sleeping. So, it may be that his roommate is very/overly sensitive to being woken up or has an issue with him bringing a girl up or whatever - it may have nothing directly to do with your guy at all, but rather the situation. Sometimes you can have a great living situation except for one or two details, and as annoying as they are, it's worth it to deal with them vs. other arrangements that you maybe can't afford or that would make other things worse, like a longer/more expensive commute to work.
For me... I got people living on the other side of the wall so I certainly don't want them hearing. Other than that, I don't mind a bit of small talk, or a few moans here and there. Kind of like it, really gets ye in the mood.
I'm not sure because I'm not a guy but from what I've heard is that they like some noise... If we are way too quite they think they're doing something wrong. A bit of noise could be like a "you're making me feel so good"... I don't know XD
