I find that a LOT of girls like to touch my beard.. and many guys say girls touch their beards as well.. why do girls like doing this? Another one is girls liking when I rub my beard on their face. So why all these things? Is it a sexual thing? Is it the same as guys wanting to touch boobs?

Beard is not an sexual part of body, so no it's no way like touching boobs. Some of those girls might like your beard, while other girls might make fun of your beard in that way.
