okay I slutshamed my ex a lot. I called her a whore several times. She took my virgintiy at 20 and she was a huge slut before me as in having 5 sexual partners in one year and not dating any of them and having a threesome as well. I know it feels good to give into bitterness and frustration but it's not okay to create a dynamic of disrespect, shame, and belittlement with someone you claim to care for. You can't shame someone into shining. It doesn't work that way. And in the end, you became everything you were against. You reduced your integrity, values, and sense of self-control out of spite.

    • To answer your question, it would only take one time for my boyfriend to try to slut shame me then I would calmly reply "If this is the type of man you are then you're officially my past as of this second." then he would never hear from me again. I don't tolerate disrespect and I'm not going to subject myself to mistreatment like that.
