I have olive skin and my nipples are a light brown, pretty close to pink. The darker the skin the darker the nipple, although Hispanics don't have "black" nipples, they're light to dark brown depending on how light the skin.
The lighter you are in skin tone, the lighter your nipples will be the darker you are the darker! But these all change, it's due to hormones. And when a women gets pregnant they darken, even if you have a light skin tone.
The colour, and to be more specific, actually is the undertones of skin determinates the colour of your nipples. For exemple whites can have pink but also light or medium brown and so on.
