lmao non-klinefelter patients are born as male, and they identify themselves as female after taking hormones. People born with Klinefelter are males but they have the option to take estradiol so they self-recognize as females after the treatment.

No. I have a doctor who had me tested and it turns out i have AIS which classifies you under intersex (i also had some genitalia intersex features i won't go into to) and that chromosonally im xxy which the doctors said was the most likely cause of the AIS. I also am transgender as i reassigned from the male at birth to female. DO you even know what intersex is?
