Girls, Is it normal to talk about sex with opposite gender friends?

I've been talking to this guy about a bunch of sexual stuff and we aren't dating and he's just a friend. I sometimes worry I can't trust him. Is this normal to do?

My best guy friend and I talk about sex all the time. I have a boyfriend and he has a girl he is trying to date, but we talk about sex and our relationships. We have a very odd friendship

We were studying one day and I had just bought a pair of handcuffs so I broke them out and handcuffed him while we were studying. Then later decided to handcuff him to my bed since he wanted to see how it felt. We studied for a few hours while he was handcuffed before he handcuffed himself to me and we finished studying. Nothing sexual was going on, and we were purely friends, but we joke about sex all the time and do stuff like that. Its just how our relationship is.

Yes of course it is normal to talk to the opposite sex about sex because it's good to know the opposite sex'es opinion and knowledge, and if you feel like you can't trust this guy maybe you could talk to someone else I out sex.
