Personally, I prefer bigger. But I have been with men who are below average, and could still make me cum (albeit oral, fingers, toys, intercourse, etc.). Uncircumcised doesn't phase me. However, it's a higher risk for the ladies to get an infection (UTI). That's the only thingi don't like about em. But really, a penis is a penis. And I've never met onei didn't like :)
Honestly I used to holistically believe that size didn't matter, but now... I think if I was about to do the dirty and it was tiny, I'd be slightly uncomfortable. Just my honest opinion. I think I could probably get past it, especially cause I'm really not all that into sexual stuff, and most girls really don't care as long as you have other good traits.
