I'm self conscious about my body I'm thin with really big boobs I feel like they don't match my body everytime I have sex with my boyfriend he always wants me to take off my bra he tells me he wants me naked and he plays with my boobs I don't like them because they kinda sag from how big they are i always try to leave my bra on but he'll just take it off will he eventually stop trying to take my bra off I've told him to stop but he won't listen could he actually be attracted to my boobs I plan on getting a lift and a reduction I'm just very insecure about it

Guys are all about visuals. They want to look at their girl and how beautiful and sexy she is.

If you're really not happy with your boobs---say, they're big enough that their weight gives you back pain---that's a problem and you should see about fixing it. But you shouldn't be ashamed of them or feel the need to hide them from the man you love.

If my partner hid her breasts from me I'd wonder why she didn't want me to look at them, especially if there was nothing obviously wrong with them. I might wonder if she didn't trust me.

Most guys like boobs. It's not a secret. Some prefer bigger or smaller, but really as long as they're boobs, guys will be happy. It sounds like your boyfriend really likes yours, which isn't a surprise; the body type you're describing is one that a lot of guys find attractive.
If your body bothers you, you can get it changed. But I'm telling you, I don't think it's something you should feel insecure about, because being thin with large boobs is usually attractive.

you should talk to him about that. he probably really likes your boobs. let him know that you're insecure about them, unless you've said it he probably has no idea. he should respect when you tell him to stop doing that. but i do understand why when you have sex he would want your bra off haha

Yes, he is attracted to your breasts and enjoys admiring them. He could be trying to get you to see them as positively as he does, but I would say that he is going about it the wrong way. If you tell him to stop and he does it anyway, he is not respecting you. And it does not matter if he is admiring your body since in not respecting you, he is not respecting your body either. You may want to consider what it is that keeps you in this relationship. Is it actually healthy for you?
