Experienced guys, How do you tell if a woman has a high sex drive?

Ok, so typically if a guy has high testotesterone (muscular, chiseled fatures, body hair, cleft chin) all examples, it means he has a really high sex drive... do you agree? So what would be the same for a woman> How do you tell if a woman has a high sex drive, very sexual from just looking at her? Like just by looking at photos of her?

Testosterone does modulate sex drive, but, that's rarely an issue in men unless they're hypogonadal (= have unusually low testosterone). If a dude has normal test levels, then, amping them up further generally doesn't have much effect.
I mean, some bodybuilders -- especially the stupid, reckless ones -- shoot doses of androgens that raise their total testosterone over 10,000 ng/dl when it peaks 2-3 days after injection (normal levels are 500-800ish). Most of these guys STILL don't experience an appreciable increase in sex drive, even though we're talking about supraphysiological levels that are fifteen or twenty times normal.

If a dude has at least normal testosterone levels, then, sex drive is much more likely to be governed by prolactin, estrogens, LH, dopamine and/or norepinephrine, in descending order.

In any case, no, there's absolutely no way you can detect sex DRIVE from looking at a person. Don't be stupid. Sex DRIVE is totally rooted in context. It depends on the other person, the situation, and other circumstances. Every single one of us has a fierce DRIVE for at least one other person, and zero drive for at least some others. I mean... duh.

What you're almost certainly talking about is "sociosexuality" -- that is, the person's willingness to have casual sex -- and you're mischaracterizing this as "sex drive.
Those two aren't the same at all. There are very promiscuous people of both sexes with average (or lower) sex drives, and there are very sexually conservative people of both sexes with off-the-charts sex drives.

As far as seeing sociosexuality in women? I mean, I can usually read that very well, just from watching the way a woman's body moves, and from watching her body language as she interacts with people.

Tbh, I can almost always guess accurately how a woman treats casual sex, just from watching her face for 30 seconds or so in a social environment. Weird, I know, but it's totally a thing.

I'm sure there are a billion zillion thousand hundred studies on this. If you use "sociosexual (ity)" as a keyword, you should be able to find them pretty easily, I'd imagine.

Hmmm, I don't think my boyfriend has all of those things but his sex drive/stamina/skills are really on point.

I think you can never tell someone's sex drive by looking at them.

I think clothes and things like that probably have a bigger impact than cleft thin and muscles.

I don't have much body hair (think it comes from my partially Japanese side) and had a wild sex drive in my youth! I started looking up women's skirts even when I was 4. Something seemed magical there, and was giving flowers to the opposite sex by 7 while the other boys were teasing me about catching cooties.

To me there's no way to tell with a woman (I would have thought same for man).

I've been with women that really surprised me with a hungry appetite in the bedroom, while others I thought would be really into it just kind of didn't seem that into it.

I think a lot of sex drive is not purely biological but also psychological in nature, since a lot of women claim to have a very high sex drive, thinking about sex often, and I believe them, but I think that elevated state is coming from a different source that's more complex and abstract than hormones.

One interesting thing I've read is that FtM (female to male) transgender patients can often find an enormously increased sex drive (sometimes finding it unpleasant how much more they're thinking about sex) with the increased testosterone levels.

So, perhaps going by that idea, perhaps the thing to look for in women for biological sex drive (though I think there's a lot more that contributes) would be the same kind of things, like body hair, facial hair, muscles, things like that.

The things you describe in a man don't equate to a high sex drive. They simply make you personally think he has a high sex drive. It's not possible from looks to tell whether a man or woman has high sex drive.

No, I don't have some of the traits you described for guys in having a high libido. I can get my shit up in seconds, when aroused, then have sex for 45 minutes to 1.5+ hours in a session and take a break for 5 minutes to recuperate, hydrate, etc and do that for 8 more sessions. Does that qualify having a high libido? I think its different with everyone. I am just one horny mofo.

Those features don't necessarily indicate high sex drive or high testosterone, they could simply indicate a person who works out, has a low percentage of body fat naturally, or is generally hairy from genetic traits. High testosterone males are actually more like to be bald, as higher testosterone would cause DHT to occur in the system - think why most extremely muscled individuals are bald or exhibiting baldness. Also correlation between testosterone and sex drive is there, but it's not the sole indicator of a person's sex drive.

For women, to identify high sex drive is fairly easy, I find women tend to be much less subtle about it then men. They'll be VERY physical very quickly at any chance. As for telling from appearance, usually lustful looks and attention seeking behavior with intent, constant fidgeting of legs (repeatedly crossing and uncrossing), constant flicking of the foot towards a specific individual and/or slightly removing shoe when doing said flicking motion.

As for physical features, none really. Again physical features and high sex drive are not very well correlated.

No, none of these actually determine his sex drive and testosterone is not the sole predicator of sex drive. In fact the testosterone levels of a man vary depending on his mood diet stress factors etc. One cannot tell the persons sex drive by looks. If this was the case and it had an equivalent part in women, if you could dictate her sexual drive by looks she would in actuality be far more masculin in her appearence then feminine as testosterone is also the one of the components of a female sex drive (testosterone increases during ovulation as does a womans sex drive) so that would mean the more masculine the more sexual she would be. However as stated this isn't the case, their are other contributing factors beyond testosterone (other hormones, neuralpathways/brain structure etc). Looks really are more about genetics in conjunction with testosterone and dictate how it is originally built not how it is maintained (which is why transexuals usually maintain characteristics of their birth gender as even with hormone replacement those structures (bone structures etc.) predate the hormone treatment (also why the sooner the hormone therapy begins the more feminine/masculine they will look).

Guy sex drive- No I don't agree that those features =/guarantee, a high sex drive. How she dances/moves can be an indication if she's a "sexual" women. Actual by her smell, nature gave guys the ability to sub-consciously pickup when a girl is horny ( was in a tlc/discovery show).

I disagree with many of those things. A large part of muscle mass, facial features, hair and a cleft chin (that one 100%) are not all determined by testosterone exclusively. Testosterone can also affect height but a short guy can have a very deep voice which is also affected by testosterone. That's because testosterone isn't the only factor. There are muscular and hairy guys (ect) with low sex drives as well. Testosterone isn't the only hormone or factor that determines sex drive. I doubt there is a way to determine a girls sex drive. If facial or body features could, that would mean that sex drive is constant but obviously sex drives can change yearly or even daily. I would personally just ask the girl or figure out as I got to know her.

I dont think your testosterone = sex drive algology is too correct. Think of all the nerdy, hipster, etc. guys you know. Im "artsy" and I have the highest sex drive of anyone I know. As for the girls, I can usually tell by the fact that she enjoys being sexy or sexual. The way she looks or the way she dresses. Not "slutty" just sexual. I can try and explain if you want more.

I think usually girls who have a high drive kinda radiate it with the way they carry themselves. Nothing to do with masculinity or femininity I think.
