That's the first time I hear of such a thing. I didn't realize that boys are basically unable to sleep on their belly... Boobs don't hurt in such circumstances.

Mine do when I'm in tight spaces (crowded kitchen, etc), jogging, sometimes when I'm typing (depends on my chair height and desk height).

Laying on your belly only hurts when you do it at a hard underground. In bed it's not really a problem.
My boobs are sometimes in the way of fitting clothing and things like life-vests are your boobs' biggest enemy, but overall not that much.
Before my BR my boobs restricted me in almost everything in everyday life, and as for laying on my stomach, well that was simply right out of the question.. Since my surgery five ago, everything is now possible.

for some things they do. being a busty gal myself, buying shirts and dresses is really annoying! cuz while something will fit the rest of my body it won't fit my boobs. so either I have to buy something really tight and look slutty or buy something loose that makes me look fat lol it sucks! and seatbelts and crossbody purses are annoying bc the straps go between your tits lol -_-
