Why are women so much prettier than men?

Question

I don't just mean on the inside (where women are also more beautiful)
I mean why are men so fucking ugly?
Why is their skin oily and covered in hair?
Why are their jaws and lips so big?
Why don't they have a single attractive feature on their body like women have hips, asses, and tits?
Why are their genitals so repulsive and dangly, especially their pimple covered testicles?
Not fair.
It's no wonder we're the ones who have to work to get sex from them.

Part of female beauty is fake anyway, make up and hair removal are common examples. Women are generally more beautiful the men, but it's didn't mean that there are not many women are are ugly in real life, simply in the media those kind of women are very unlikely to get an job, so you want see that much on the screen. Men could still be tall and muscular, those are the men's beauty features, men with hips and tits would look ridiculous in any case.

Anyway as the "the prettier sex" the expectation from women in this matter are much higher, just as the expectation from men to be strong are much higher, as part of the steronger sex. Also Some men have quite pretty face and beautiful body, and looks almost like Goku or Jimmy Lannister, if an men is much uglier the women, they usually not from the same family, or even from the same country.

Natural selection at its best. Men are not designed to be attractive and women put less importance on looks and more on his ability to defend his home a family. Put this into a time-frame of thousands of years and men lose features that don't make them desirable. Women on the other hand make sure they are picked for their beauty. And since standards haven't changed that much you get attractive women who easily find mates and not-that-attactive ones who have hard time finding one. Again the desirable traits get passed on through generations. You can easily ask why women are so tiny and have so low muscle mass and density. Evolution and adaptation through natural selection.

Females can be oily and hairy as well we just shave/wax.

Some females do have big lips and jaw lines.

Guys have pecs, abs, v-lines, muscles and penises all attractive features. But you're right about balls I'm not a big fan of them they're wrinkly, hairy, saggy, get you pregnant 😒

Beauty is in the eye in the beholder and the male body can certainly be beautiful although it has irs imperfections... Just like the female.

It's no wonder why is easier for you to find a girl, get laid and be satisfied. Every girl can be attractive and your standards are mostly met well. You also handle breakups better; if your girl dumps you, well hey there's like million other pretty chicks out there. On the other hand, being a girl means finding an attractive guy one in a million. to start: my man takes care of himself~ he uses old spice everything (shampoo, deodorant, hair gel) and always smells good, has a gorgeously-masculine jawline and super-soft lips (even though his beard scratches my face sometimes, lol).

The answer is because more women take care of themselves and do things to augment or improve their physical features whereas most men don't. Society is larger to blame for that, and it also doesn't help that it's ok for a woman to ask for help but it's not for a man, especially about things like this (because he's called a sissy or gay if he does) so there is a ton of magazines and websites that cater to women who want to improve their looks but there are few, if any, for men. Therefore, even if a man is interested in improving his looks, he has to figure it how all by himself so he often gets frustrated and quits, but a woman has several resources to help her.
