Should I let friend watch wife and I have sex?

A friend of ours (female) has asked my wife if she can watch us have sex. She's a virgin at 24 and wants to watch someone get it on - like actually be in the room while they screw each other instead of watching porn. She's asked my wife several times and the answer was always hell no but now my wife is telling me she would be willing to do it if I am. The girl will just sit and watch us but she won't be touching me or my wife. 
Any advice? Should I do this? Has anyone let someone watch them without joining in (my wife is dead set against a threesome no matter the gender)?

i don't think it is a good idea. friend wants to see, which isn't a bad thing, if you and wife are OK, but wide is not OK. seems more like she's willing to give in. worry she will be jealous of the attention you get from friend watching. worry friend, interest in sex but a virgin, might fixate on you. worry bringing into sexual situation would change the friendship.
if wife wasn't against a threesome, i would support the idea, but if she is dead set against it, that is her choice, but it also means she would likely be very uncomfortable with the other woman there.

so, yeah, i recommend not to. sounds like a bad idea.

why is wife so dead set against a threesome? absolutely no interest in girls? jealousy concerns? or just holds marriage vows/monogamy to be very important? guess it doesn't really matter, but understanding her reason why could be insightful.
