I generally have no use for using such a term. But I understand you asking. I think in general it means nothing about her nipples, but that her boobies are all but absent... yes, somewhat, though not necessarily exactly like a guy! It's a relative term, and it's subjective. And if you don't know the meaning of those terms, then I suggest you take the time to look them up. It's very relevant. Just as relevant as the dill-holes that say such a thing to a girl's comments are TRULY not relevant... although they may seem to be! I DO understand that! Who really cares! If your breasts are not up to par with some guy's expectations, then screw him, find someone else that appreciates YOU, and perhaps even admires small breasts (as MANY guy do, believe it or not!)

Flat chest means small boobs. And no, it most certainly is not a deal breaker. My personal definition of flat chested is no boobs at all. My girlfriend has small boobs, I don't know the cup size, but they're so sexy. As a bonus, small boob girls can wear push-up bras without making her chest disproportionate to the rest of her body. as is the case with girls that have considerably large breasts. This is all just personal preferences so don't take it as the globally accepted standard.

I do prefer smaller boobs. It creates a more innocent look which I like. (I'm not a creep or a pedophile so don't panic) I dated a girl with big boobs which was a lot of fun, and I dated a girl before that with small boobs. But so long as the boobs are proportionate with the rest of the body i'll enjoy it. And I also just love my girlfriends boobs. They're perky and flirty.
