Another example is let's say an obese person wants to only date skinny or athletic people, that obese person would get told that they can't be choosy. But if a skinny or athletic person would want to date only obese people, they'd get more questions than insults thrown at them. Because the more desirable traits you have, the more options you have. And the less you have, the more ridiculous, it's seen, to demand someone "above your league", and if you insult those within your league, even worse.
