I can see why wearing a wetsuit would be pleasurable - the sensation of constriction and restriction of movement, plus the fact that it amplifies the feeling when you touch yourself. I don't think you need to feel guilty about indulging in it, as we all have our own ways of getting off when no one else is around, and this is a pretty neutral thing to get turned on by.
It would be interesting (and a lot of fun) to see if you can wear it out in public though! I tried it once, under a sweatshirt and sweatpants. It was pretty thrilling but got annoying when I finally needed a bathroom break.

Well, it's not harming anyone and clothing fetishes are pretty common. Generally people have outfits they feel sexier in than others, especially women, and it may be an unusual article of clothing but it's no big deal. I don't think that it's bad.
