Is sleep paralysis a former of communication with ghost/aliens/angels/demons? Do you think they are real?

I believe in the afterlife and that aliens are real. I guess their are good and bad spirits and angels or pranksters as well. Perhaps the foot touching is a relative or friend tickling your feet. Those sex dreams are a horny friend or ghost. Those demons were brought near due to drug use or evil thoughts. Those obduction perhaps dreams are you being studied by Green men. That feeling of an out of body experience is a near death experience or your spirit taking flight to the spirit realm.

I have sleep paralysis and I don't always have those hallucinations with it. For a good long while I had none, I was so used to it i guess. You can actually have lucid dreams when you're aware of being asleep. Anytime I had sleep paralysis instead of fighting my way out of it and fully wake up I'd start lucid dreaming instead. Try and have flying dreams and whatnot, it's actually quite awesome. One time though while I was having SP I wanted to lucid dream, but something was off though. I had this weird feeling but I started concentrating on what I was trying to accomplish. All of a sudden I felt claws on my head during my SP and I looked up and there was a demon creature over my head, large and black and holding my head down. I freak out but I'm still trapped in my sleep paralysis and I'm trying to fight to wake up. I finally wake up scared out of my witts! I like to think that's a hallucination, the thought of it being a real demon is too creepy. So yeah, just a hallucination.

I don’t do drugs or anything that’ll hurt my body but this happens to me every night & the only reason why it happens is bc one of my sisters were playing with a Ouija board & when my sister did that she cursed our family by letting demons into our home one of those demons had killed our father & ever since that happen I feel like he is the one watching me in the middle of the night choking me in my sleep I don't know what it is but tbh this is real not a joke I promise you that & no it’s not freaking aliens aliens don’t even exist bro y’all did too much acid back in the day or some shit to even think aliens exist aliens do not exist bc there is no proof. If there was proof then maybe it would be real but its not man bc all the video are fake they been photo shopped by people just to make dollar

Sleep paralysis is real, but it's a documented medical condition not caused by paranormal or extraterrestrial activity. I personally do not believe in the paranormal, but do believe in extraterrestrials. It would be, mathematically speaking, silly not to.
