Why did you date her in the first place if you aren't attracted to her body? And don't say looks don't matter, because they clearly do in thos case. Approximate boob size can be determined without her having to take off her shirt, so you had to have known she has small boobs.
Maybe you can't help certain desires, but what I don't get is... you can tell upon meeting a person what her chest size is. If you wanted big, you should have pursued someone else.
