haha I always miss it! My girlfriends will point things out after the fact but I never notice. It's not something I see unless it's pointed out for whatever reason and then even then the moments gone. it wouldn't be a turn on or anything for me though... it's an outline of a body part. I personally don't find body parts to be a big deal which may be why I never notice.

Its not always the case to purposely wear clothes that show your dick. It may be that some do it intentionally, there are many possible reasons. (1) like women in revealing clothes, they are trying to be sexy (2) they are pervs.. I think a lot (perhaps most?) of the time its not intentional, like swim trunks when they are wet. Or I sometimes run to the store in my basketball shorts with no underwear. You can definitely see the outline of my dick hanging, but I don't think about that usually or don't realize the extent of it showing.. hope that makes sense. :)

Example: wearing basketball shorts with no underwear, depending on the size of his dick, you would often be able to see an outline of his head ("mushroom") plus you would see it "bouncing" or "Wiggling" or "hanging", again, depending on the size.
