Seems like a horny guy that wants to fuck. He is bullshitting you if he says he wants to everything but sex. He doesn't care if you think your virginity is precious or not. he wants to do all those other things hoping you let your guard down and it leads to him putting his dick between your legs. Why you would want to do all this sexual contact for a person who is just for a acquaintance is beyond me.

No unless they are sick minded I would think most guys only fantasize about women they think are attractive or at least fuckable.

I would say guys won't fantasize of ugly girls, but yes some may feel ugly but a guy can feel something is attractive in her for a point of time.
