As my professors said in my psychology of sex class-- there is no way for a guy to truly tell if a woman is faking an orgasm unless she doesn't contract vaginal muscles. However, as also described by them, girls who practice kegal exercises can contract vaginal muscles can fake orgasms (with contraction).
So yeah-- Faking orgasms happen, and there are women who can pull it off via kegal exercises. Unfortunately for men, we would have no idea lol. I don't think it is a matter of multitasking though.
Without the ability to multitask faking all the signs simultaneously would be difficult.
I imagine that it wouldn't be difficult to do something like that. I don't think there is really that much to do-- or at least the majority of people could do it.

They might could getting away with faking a contracting feeling. Though it still would be extremely obvious that it's fake. The female would just have to hope the dude is extremely stupid and doesn't know what a real one would feel like.
A real contraction mostly gives that feeling deep inside the vagina. Which no female can move the inside part of her vagina, only around the opening.
He's not going to be feeling the difference the way she does...
Oh just remembered the face expression looks like as if that person can't breathe at all or is in horrible pain. So then every single muscle will be extremely tensed, even the face muscles. So her eyes would be closed and the muscles will be tensed to the point of shaking. While having her heart rate, body temperature, and breathing starts to skyrocket.
Also women don't feel emotion at all during an orgasm. That part of your brain shuts off.
I don't fake my orgasms but I know I could if I wanted to. And yeah contracting vaginal muscles is actually very easy.
So if a girl wants me to think she's climaxing there's not much I can look out for?

Well I'm certainly not going to ask her, I'd just feel bad/selfish if at some point in the future I found out she had been faking and I did do much to try find out if she was or not.
