What should be the punishment for cutting off a man's penis?

I read the story about Lorena Bobbit, a twisted witch who severed a poor man's penis. Luckily, it was reattached, but I was outraged. How could anyone do anything like that to a man? That's one of the worst things you could do to someone! I couldn't help but fantasizing about looting gasoline on the woman and burning her alive. What do you think should be the punishment? Flaying? Crucifixion? Maybe that's a little too severe and beheading or hanging is better? Or should they be in solitary confinement for the rest of their lives? How should they be tortured and/or executed?

I don't believe in punishments like that. If you're asking what the equivalent for her would be it'd be sewing the vagina shut and cutting off the clitoris. It has the same effect. No more sexual pleasure or ability to have kids.
