How do you easily clean semen stains from underwear?

I inevitably get some white semen stains in my underwear when I wear them for a night or day, and throwing them in the washing machine doesn't remove them. What's the easiest way to clean the stains? Scrub them with a toothbrush under water?

Never had that problem within staining persistently. I wasn't aware it could.

I know I hate that too especially since I wear colored underwear. The washing machine usually takes care of it but sometimes I soak mine in warm water first and no problem after that.

If they're white, bleach them. Shout will also help is you rub it in good.

Change to a better laundry detergent, wash in warm or hot water.
