Sexual Health My guy friend touch my thigh and boobs. Why?

Me and him were know each other for 12 years. we had all the while hanging out together and play music together. I'm cellist he's bassist. Last 5yrs I had move to other country but we still contact each other like usual. Recently since last yr (2015) his topic kind of abit weird. Keep asking me about my sex life, and of cause I feel dislike. Also asking me to have sex with him in message but I treat it as kidding. In between this 5 years I seldom go back. But if back will meet him too but not hang out with him only. A group. Till last yr his topic kind of sexual and ask me whether I want to have sex with him. This yr (2016) I'm back again and do meet him personally at night time after his work. We chat as usual and he keep looking at my boobs and say my boob getting bigger. But we didn't do anything that day. After few months later im back again and manage to meet some of my friends and him also. Meet with him after his work too, he come and fetch me and we slack in his car. Chatting and he begin to ask me about sexual again. Ask me which position I like most. And told me that life is short, we need to try everything we can. So he touch my thigh and rub, continue rub and also rub my vagina. I feel awkward and sensitive. But he continue touching me and touch my boob but I feel uncomfortable so I push off his hands. But he still continue to touch my body. My private part and thigh, boob. When he touch my boob I push his hand off and he hold my hand and say my hand are soft. After he send me home he text me and say his penis are hard and need my help. Next day also meet him and slack at his car again. Same thing again, he touch my private part and rub it and touch my boobs too. I do push off his hand again and he hold my hand. What does this mean? Can anyone tell me?
