Do girls are biologically programmed to think about sex less?

Online research says most men under age 60 think about sex at least once a day, compared with only a quarter of women. Men fantasize about sex nearly twice as often as women do, and their fantasies are much more varied. They also think more about casual sex than women do. But thinking is not the same as doing.

Here girls say that they think about sex probably 2 or 3 times in a month or 3 or 4 times in a week. But generally "sexual thought" come into guys mind very often unconsciously and it's not a conscious decision. What about girls? Do they think about sex consciously only 2 or 3 times a month? Do they biologically programmed to think about sex less?

Girls, what do you mean by "think about sex"? How many time this heinous think hit on your mind in a day/month? Do sexual think hit on your mind everyday or occasionally?

  • No I think it's that on average they get less from sex a surprising amount of women don't have organisms I think it's not biological I think it's that most men are sexually incompetent I've never heard of lesbians not Cumming my fiance originally thought she couldn't cum from sex and was actually shocked when she did the first time I was inside her most guys are small and don't last long enough or provide the necessary foreplay to compensate for their lack of size or skill leaving most women unsatisfied and still horn I've met a lot of women who have told me they would wait for guy to go to sleep or leave so that they could masturbate because the sex didn't do enough for them if that's happening why would you think about sex or want to have it I think they are just as horny as us but most prefer masturbation to sex because the actual enjoy that instead if getting worked up for nothing

  • One of the few biological differences besides the obvious that women and men do have regarding sexuality is that most women have a lesser desire to masturbate, because masturbation serves a purpose for males, which is to let out older and less fertile semen.

    • Oh, is that why I was masturbating 3-4 times a day when I was your age? Okay.

    • @WillowTree Well, there are exceptions I suppose.

  • I think about sex all the time. At least once every few hours.
However, that doesn't mean that I WANT sex. Being a recluse who prefers to spend most of the time alone, I have no desire to communicate with people IN GENERAL, nevermind have sex with them.

"Online research says most men under age 60 think about sex at least once a day, compared with only a quarter of women."

    That makes sense.

Women's sex drive is more cyclical. Many women get very horny during certain weeks of the month, and much less often during others.

  • It doesn't for me, because I don't think about sex. But for other women, I know that there are some that think about it as much as men do. But not wired as men. Men think about sex every 5 minutes a day after he wakes up. Every woman is different. But just because it is a possibility of being less, it doesn't mean a woman isn't sexual. It depends on where hre drive for sex comes from, to whom and with whom.

    • You don't think about sex? Asexual?

    • I'm not asexual. I don't lust after guys. I have a sex drive and is attracted to guys. I just don't bother thinking about sex. I am celibate.

    • How do you manage to be celibate? Esp mental celibacy?

  • It's a myth that girls don't think of sex or aren't sexual. Many are just told to surpress it by society to not be viewed "slutty" . there seems to still be societal critique on very sexual women. And FYI for every straight guy having sex there's a willing girl who wanted it. I'm sure women think far more of sex a few times a month. I think about sex with my boyfriend daily.

    • Yet men have far more testosterone which gives them a higher sex drive. Every moron knows that men in general have a much more aggressive sex drive. You're obviously a feminist.

    • @Careless_Whisper Where the actual fuck did I say women are MORE sexual than guys or denied anything of a man? I just stated a fact, which is that women do not think nearly as little about sex as the asked thinks or was reading. God if you're going to accuse me of shit, at least make sure it's in reference to what I said. -.-

    • Yet you provide no evidence to back up your bogus assertion.

  • Considering most of us masturbate at least once a day, it's safe to assume we think about sex just as much. Women are pressured from birth to conceal and repress sexual urges. Expressing our sexual freedom or doing the same things men do is frowned upon in most cultures and society treats us more harshly for showing it.

    • Women masturbate as well and that too once a day? Nah

    • @guyabcd20g You're still young. Too young to know anything about women or our masturbation habits. Stop being a troll and try and learn something.

    • Just because you are 31 doesn't mean younger men don't know anything about women. True that I don't know much about women sexually but even I believe women don't have sexual feelings and merely do sex forr sake of it as a duty

  • We think about sex as much as the average guy! Might be we are taught to repress it more because of the birth control issues.

  • Lol what about women who think about sex multiple times a day?

  • Only if anyone could read our mind. God. It would be embarrassing.

    • Why it would be embarrassing?

    • Because we want sex just as much as men do. The thing is society expect us not to express it freely like men or else we would be looked down upon.

  • We think about sex or pleasure just not with some random person. Women have a sex toy industry tailored for them and girls start masturbating before guys. we like to get off.

  • It's all about hormone levels/Nature... when they are ovulating they think about it more.

  • I think they are but they don't think so. I think it's not exactly genetic, but has to do mostly with how much testosterone is in your blood.

  • Women are actually freaks lmao

  • Women have significantly less free testosterone than men do. So yes they are.

I personally only think about it once a day. Some days I'm busy and don't have time to think about it at all.

  • NOT biologically programmed. Brainwashed through education.

  • Take a step in my brain and you'll see that that is a myth.

  • Not me lmfao

  • No, we do not, but we are more discrete, we do not have a boner to show it every now and then, and a bit of wetness in our crotches and our panties will not be obvious to everyone and can be claimed for other biological reasons other than sex and being horny

  • Yeah it's true. Men think about sex way more than the average women but they do think about sex too just not as much as us

  • Hard for me to imagine that a guy only thinks about sex once a day... also hard for me to imagine a girl thinks about sex only a couple times a week. For me its once a day maybe more sometimes.

  • I don't think there's any truth to this

  • If women have sex, they are stuck with harsher consequences (IE.. A baby.) if men do, nothing happens to them. So, yes it's biological to a certain extent. Women need to be more choosy with who they have sex WITH because it may result in pregnancy. We still think about sex though, but just not as much and we don't act on it as often

  • Yes - but we think about it far more than a few times a month if we're mentally and physically healthy.

GAG isn't a good place to gauge this.

  • Girls think about sex less? Jesus I must be in the vast minority that thinks about it daily.

    • then why do most scientific research says women probably think about sex 3 or 4 times a month/week. Women have much less amount testosterone and their brain is less sexually active so, sexual thing never happen into their mind often.

    • Because was conducted by men. Just because men have more testosterone doesn't mean we aren't horny as hell. Our body also goes through hormonal phases so we can have a period and estrogen levels lower making testosterone in our bodies more dominate and it affects our behavior, including our desire for sex.

  • actually women are not sexual creator.

  • I don't think this is true, I just think woman aren't as open about it as men are. Cause I think about sex daily as well... a lot of times actually

    • Do you think about is consciously or randomly/unconsciously sexual think come into your mind?
