Nope, the best thing you can do is try to think about something to try to kill it. Like dead nuns or something really gross.   Well there are a few ways to make a boner not show. If I'm at work and I need to work with other people, I put mine straight up and the belt keeps it in place. It kinda hurts after a few minutes cuz it cuts off the circulation a little. Or you can go an even worse way and wear boxers that are skin tight and I would assume those are torture, especially if you have to walk up a staircase or something. . . ooohhh lol that seems like it would hurt.   No we genuinely can learn to control it it's not exactly easy to do by any means but ultimately blood flow to our junk it is controlled by our brains even if it's quite a primal thing. Id say its a similar difficulty to tricking yourself into not feeling hungry when you would otherwise be hungry.

  Well thats all just one aspect of my body controlling how hard I get. As well as the longer term and more substantial effects I can make it a bit harder and softer short term and quickly I think maybe there are muscles that do something as that sort of feels vaguely like flexing maybe it's just putting pressue on the deeper tissue. That's what I used to fake cuming. But i'd say I am quite good generally at controlling my body iv found I can sometimes make my hairs stand up and lay flat on my arms that's usually after listening to music or something so I sort of intensify the adrenalin spike and iv used that playing sports. I also suffer from allergy related asthma and learnt to calm my breathing quite well and slow my heart rate to a degree though I still don't know how to actually relax my air ways or if you even can. I can also move ears a bit though thats more facial muscles Im not great at that and it's not nearly as useful as the others i've mentioned.

  I don't specifically. I find a number of yoga positions quite relaxing though and I will often chose to be in one when i'm on my own and thinking something through and that does include the zen meditation position.
