I think I was pregnant without realising and miscarried, do I tell my boyfriend?

So I lost my virginity a few months ago to my boyfriend, at first we used condoms but then decided to risk the withdrawal technique a few times. I'm a three week period person and so is everyone in my family so I don't worry. I was late for this period, which I'm not sure is a period and not a symptom of a miscarriage as I was a week late. I'm also experiencing really bad cramps and I've never had cramp during a period! My bleeding is also really heavy for me and it has clots in it. When I google these things it comes up with early miscarriage. Do you think I have miscarried? Or do you this its just an irregular period? Another thing is should I tell my boyfriend? I tell him everything but this could just be me over reacting so I don't know if I should. Also I'm actually under 16 (15) and my boyfriend is over 16 so we keep our relationship secret so no one knows I've even lost my virginity so I can't go to the doctors easily to talk about this.

You need to go to the dr ASAP and not worry about telling boyfriend anything till you know what's going on. But if you did miscarry you need to see dr ASAP could be life threatening.

Doctors don't do anything at such an early stage of pregnancy so it wouldn't matter if I went or not.

That is a decision I cannot help with but you need to see a doctor I think. They have to scrap inside you so there aren't problems I think. Tell you mom or a female that you trust and they will help as well.

At such as early stage doctors do not need to do anything they let you miscarry naturally. I cannot tell anyone or go to the doctors as they will legal have to tell my parents as I am under 16 and if they find out my boyfriend will likely end up in prison.
