Well, my girlfriend is Korean (full blooded, not an immigrant) and she isn't particularly loud in bed. I think that is mostly a porn thing. There might be some very loud Asian girls but there are also quiet Asian girls.
However, my girlfriend's moaning does sound different from white girls' moaning. It goes into the direction of what you see/hear in Asian porn, though it's not quite as strong (those porn moanings are usually exaggerated to please the viewers). It can sound a bit like crying, whereas the moaning of white American girls sounds more like screaming.
Don't worry, you're not being racist. But you should know that this whole thing doesn't have anything to do with race - it has to do with culture. The reason girls in different countries moan differently is because the local guys have different expectations and they're not into the same kind of things. Additionally, the general female mentality in a country also makes a big difference.
This is why even white girls do not sound the same everywhere. You can hear this quite well when you watch homemade porn (videos where couples filmed themselves and uploaded it). Watch a couple of white American couples and then watch a German or Scandinavian couple for example. Although, they're all white, you will hear big differences. Most American girls love to be very loud and outspoken during sex. Of course this is a generalization but it's true with some exceptions. In central and northern Europe, people prefer quietness (not just in the bedroom but in general). So when you watch a Dutch or Swedish couple having sex, you will notice that the girl is much more quiet. The girls here in Europe do moan but they keep it down a lot more. I'm European and I've never heard a girl here moan in the way I see American girls in homemade videos moan. I'm not saying one is better than the other... different cultures just have different preferences.
This is also why I specifically pointed out that my girlfriend was born and grew up in Korea all her life. This fact makes a huge difference. I've never had sex with an american-asian girl but I'm almost certain that their moaning doesn't sound very different from white Americans. Why? Because they've assimilated to American culture and unconsciously picked up the things that are considered hot or attractive in America.
The cry moaning is mostly a Japanese thing because Japanese guys like it. But like I said about my own girlfriend, it does exist in a milder form in Korea too.

It purely a girl based thing not race so much. But, not completely wrong, TRADITIONAL and not all, Asians overseas are a bit more like the loud porn versions you see and are referring to. As where Americanized Asians, are about the same as any other girl, and can be loud or quiet or like a "white girl" as you put lol.
