They're perfect. Truth be told our opinion doesn't really matter, you need to be happy in your own body to be fine with this.

To answer your other concerns; unless your boyfriend is like pulling on them hard or biting them to cause bleeding it won't affect them in the long run. Things that will affect your boobs are hormones which come alongside puberty, pregnancy, and pms.
