I see a lot of that around here , at the bar its more understandable to dress this way , especially during the hot summer and if the girl is single why not? but when I see these maybe 16 year olds around town in tight yoga pants and revealing tops sometimes showing off pierced belly button's I really wonder.
Society/fashion industry, has taught them that, that is sexy. All girls want to be seen as sexy/attractive.. they don't realize that dressing like that can get them the wrong kind of attention.

Some girls think by dressing like that, that they'll get more attention. It's more than likely an insecurity issue. Having said that, it is a free country and people should be allowed to wear whatever they like without being judged.
