Well you're free to have whatever preference you like. But since you say you will never have sex with an intact penis, that means you'd better find out really early in a relationship whether or not the guy is intact or not. Otherwise you could really fall for the guy (and he for you) but then when you go to have sex you'll be like: "Oh! I'm sorry. I didn't know your penis is intact. That's a dealbreaker for me. Well some do. Beyond that, it does hurt people, anyone, when you categorically dismiss them for something not under their control. When guys announce they won't sleep with fat girls, or some girl says she won't date short guys, people who have those traits are... hurt. If it's just the odd person its disappointing, but when there's a trend (like there is with fat girls... or short guys... or, in north America, uncircumcised penises) you feel unfairly slighted by life. It doesn't mean that other people owe it to you to like it, but they can at least... be sensitive in how they say it. In all honesty, i'd suggest you maybe just find out and move on because you 'don't feel the same' if he doesn't meet your preference. While I was done as an adult, it's not like you just flip a switch and it happens, it takes time and money. SO they can't do anything about it.
