Hell... I used to do that and can't even know how I did it lol. I guess I can propose an inspirational step guide based on the relationships I had with girls I used to sext with and my general understanding of the female mind:

1.) Get to know them very well obviously
2.) Establish a flirtatious vibe to the relationship: Do not have 'brotherly' role, be friendly but also be flirty. Make sure you allow her to become open with you and comfortable. This is important.
