Much more common than you would think, although still very much stigmatized. Which is pretty ironic because the West prides itself on being sexually liberal, yet still has some hang ups like this. Studies confirm that feet are the most attractive part to men up there with breasts and butts. I would wager that about 40% of men have an actual foot fetish as in would like a footjob, 30% find them arousing, and the last 30% has no sexual fixation to them whatsoever.
I'd bet it's much more prevalent on GaG than it is with regular day-to-day people.
