My brother and his friend walked on me changing twice. But I was a teen and he was like 11 and I was 15. I wasn't completely naked though so it's alright plus they reacted fast and immediately looked away, left the room closed the door and apologized.
I used to take my brother's PC charger to my room and he thought I was home yet from school so he opened the door without knocking and tada. I also didn't know they were here, if I knew I wouldn't change my clothes with the door not completly closed.
