Maybe, never had it done to me. I imagine it would be pretty hard to choke me though even if she's putting her weight on me, my neck is strong lol. @Sushipug if a guy has a strong neck and you have weak hands, choking won't do ànything for him. But smothering is covering his airways, with skin or something else like a pillow.. You can put your whole bodyweight behind it. It doesn't take much to cut off his airholes and many larger women do this with their breasts or buttocks. So long as the guy doesn't struggle he can get the required adrenaline rush.
