If it's someone I'm not with but like a flirt with them to the point I end up on his lap then it depends on the mood I'm in. If I'm feeling flirty and playful I may smirk and tease by wiggling around a bit, I may even make a comment about it. If I'm not in that mood then I'll probably ignore it and remained seated unless it makes me uncomfortable then I'd get up without making it awkward.
