I'd say it's irrelevant to nearly every aspect of day-to-day life. You get up, you go to work, you come home, take one good shit, and go to bed. Where does "oh who's having sex with whom" come into play here? As long as it's legal, nobody's getting hurt... eh, whatever. Let me put it another way: would you like to hear about everybody's personal sex life? If not, then why does the personal sex life of these 2 people matter?
Depends on the law. It's ok in many states and many countries... but I still think it's not morally right. Clearly she has lots of issues and the man is taking advantage of her.

17 is nearly adult, there is no difference between them and 18 year olds, it is hardly creepy.
If you're 18, you're legally an adult. Just because we have a silly drinking law in this country doesn't mean 18-20 year olds aren't "adults." I think it's weird, but it's not immoral. Many 17 year olds look exactly like 20-somethings. If it was a 14 year old, that would be completely wrong. Anything under that, is literally pedophilia.

Physically speaking, you're right, 17 year olds really aren't much different than adults. Many of them can be confused with 20-somethings.
However, mentally speaking, 17 year olds can be manipulated, and they seem to be naive. Coming from that perspective, I don't agree with this.

Look, if she's mature, not an idiot and not a child then whatever. Keep in mind most of the world draws the line at 16, not 18, and that every person is different. No laws or social stigmas get it 100% right. A person can be 35 and not be mentally or emotionally ready to get laid. Long as she's safe (mentally and health wise) and not in danger (physical or from manipulation) no harm done in my opinion.

Really it's all dependant on the girl in the end. She's either ready or not. An age might be a good average point but it's not a guaranteed qualifier.
