Like every other body part, there is a natural variation from person to person.
And GENERALLY, the bigger the boobs, the bigger the areolas, because that skin has to stretch when the boob grows just like the rest of the skin. Your average DD-cup boob will have a much larger diameter areola than your average B-cup. That's normal and to be expected.
In other words, quit worrying about this. No one will care (not enough to matter, anyway).
There is a tremendous range in size and color of women's nipples. I have seen areolae that are as small as a dime and I have seen areolae that are a few inches in diameter. Some are a light rose pink color, some are dark brown, and some every shade in between pink and brown.

I thought my areolas were big but it fit my breast size, basically it was in proportion. I've seen torpedo nipples before on a friend and that was just interesting. I don't think it matters
Nip and areola size varies a lot and usually increase with boob size. Normal is any type and size of nipple and areola.

'Normal' areolas can be just about any size, from tiny little bumps slightly bigger than the nip to covering a third or more of the breast.
The bad thing about large ones is that they'll show when you wear anything deeply cut. The good thing is that they're sensitive, so they make a really fun playtoy.
