I'm a virgin and don't know if it's true size does not matter?

I live in a country where most men have around 4inch or slightly bigger/smaller dicks when they are erected. 5inch dick is considered big or very big. And i always hear girls complaining the dick size and no girls say "size does not matter" i have never heard that. Every girls i have known and i can see on online site say size does matter and if a guy has small dick like 3inch or less you can't feel anything and having sex with 4inch dick is also not that good. And all women in my country seem to want to experience bigger dick at least 5inch. two of my friend broke up with her boyfriend because their dicks were less than 3inch..
Maybe it is because of their lack of foreplay cause they also complain their guys never eat them down there and are very selfish just focusing on penetrating.
