Whenever a man of Asian ancestry has a romantic relationship with a white woman. Or if it's a white man with a Asian woman; a lot of bigots like to shame the couple and they'll use the phrases "yellow fever" or "Asian fetish". I think those bigots are just jealous.

Do you think the term "Yellow fever" was coined by the jealous alt righters as a way of shaming people who find Asian people physically attractive?

I don't think it was a term coined because the individuals who made it up were jealous. It's just another terms with underlying racist tendencies that's not all that different from someone having 'jungle fever' (ie. being into black people)
(II'm a white girl who's been with an Asian guy for 3+ years and I've honestly never heard anyone refer to me as having 'yellow fever'. That seems like a term primarily thrown around online by people who are bitter that someone else got the attention of the object of their affection while they sat on their ass and did nothing.)

Think you are confused. Yellow fever is a criticism of whites by non-whites, nobody really cares about interracial dating in the 21st century. "Alt-right" is a bogey-man that your cohorts have recently invented, and definitely the term yellow fever was around long, long before "alt-right" was a thing.

They gotta call it something catchy. It's more fun to have different words for things. There's always going to be hater's but I never found the term to be offensive, it sounds funny actually. Basically it describes a person fanatic about a race like chocolate love or something.

There's nothing wrong with being attracted to a person of a particular race and wanting to date them, but some people actually fetishize an entire race. There's a fine line between them.

No... if you fall for someone that Asian... that is not Asian fever... only being willing to date an Asian because... they are Asian (unless you are Asian cause then usual it's a cultural thing)... that is usually considered yellow fever... all my female Asian friends are always on a lookout for that, apparently its common and there are people who more or less fetishize these people. It's wrong.
