Piercing is damaging to the skin and causes problems. Even ear piercing for wearing earrings. While it may look attractive to wear earrings the point is if you do it wrong, you can cause infections and serious problems. That is another reason why I don't wear earrings anymore. Besides, my mom made me wear them as a child. Once I had my own freedom, I stopped wearing them. And no. Piercings of any kind look disgusting. That is just my view. If others like it, well, as much I don't agree with it, good for them. Not just for me.

In my passed experiences, women that have piercing with big boobs are extremely hot and sexy especially for Hollywood films, and other entertainment venous. Many people have there on preferences but at the same time its all about your style meaning on how its presented with fashion your nipples.
As long as your nipples aren't pointing at the floor then it will still look good. No disrespect to anyone with serious sag issues but I don't think they add anything in that scenario.
