I don't see it as particularly sexy, just kind of neutral, but I don't see the big deal for those thinking it's gross. With this type of pose where the arms are raised up and I assume the back is arched a bit, we typically see the rib cage.

It's difficult to tell for sure from a front-on angle like this, but she isn't necessarily underweight and doesn't necessarily have an eating disorder.

Girls who are underweight will typically start showing bony protrusions of the pelvis and that's not the case with this girl.

I hate that so much. It really annoys me that girls think that's attractive.

Like you'll see a model on a magazine and you can literally see their ribs and the girl is talking about how she wishes she was skinny like her. The chick won't believe me when I tell her that I wouldn't want to touch that model until she gained like 15 pounds. It doesn't look healthy to be that skinny.

In case you didn't get the hint: No, it is not. At least not when she is standing up and breathing in. If they become visible when having fully breathed out or laying on her back, that's ok. Not necessarily sex, but not unattractive either.
