If they are good enough to fuck then they are good enoughto cuddle with. Well, unless the sex was lousy. I once went down on a girl until she came in my mouth (it was supposed to be just foreplay but sometimes I enjoy the moment too much). I then proceeded into missionary and 10-15 secs later she asks me to stop (in hindsight she was probably too sensitive and tired due to coming already). Needless to say there was no cuddling that time, it put me in a pretty frustrated mood and had an early morning anyway so just went to sleep with blue balls.

Cuddling naked or clothed would be entirely dependent on attraction. I would only do either if I was attracted to the person. The same goes with hugging or pretty much any form of physical contact. I'm not a fan of platonic physical contact. If I'm not attracted to someone then I don't want them touching me, other than a handshake.

I don't do friends with benefits but I LOVE to cuddle with my boyfriend with clothes on or naked. It just feels so nice. After sex we are naked of course but I am always cold so I usually end up putting something on otherwise haha :)

I would never do FWBs or one night stands, so I would only cuddle naked with a future girlfriend or spouse. I've only cuddled with clothes on before and I loved it, so I think cuddling naked could only make it better.
